Refund Policy

Non-Quality Returns

 
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with the size, color, or style of your item.
 
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (only brief try‑on is allowed).
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item in acceptable condition, we will process your exchange.
  • Reshipping cost for exchanged items will be charged to you and must be paid before we resend.
 

Quality-Related Returns

 
If you receive an item with genuine manufacturing defects (non-human damage, no improper use), you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
 
  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once verified by our quality control team, we will send a replacement.
  • Reshipping cost for replacement items will be borne by us.
  • Final judgment of quality issues is made by our QC team.
 

Refunds

 
  • Order cancellation is only allowed before shipment. No cancellations accepted once shipped.
  • Full refund will be issued if order is cancelled before fulfillment.
 
For returned items to qualify for full refund:
 
A. You must contact our support before returning the item.
 
B. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
 
Failure to meet these conditions may result in partial refund or no refund.
 
Refunds generally take up to 2 weeks to process and will be credited back to your original payment method.
